Since 2020, Coach Jeff Arias has been more than a coach at WildFire. He has helped a build our culture, been a mentor to athletes, and helped develop our coaches who make this community special.
Jeff joined our team right after we reopened from COVID. At a time when people needed community and leadership more than ever, Jeff brought both in full measure. He coached classes with energy and expertise, he supported athletes through milestones and plateaus, and he helped shape the coaching staff of today with patience, insight, and commitment.
His influence has gone far beyond technique and workouts. Jeff always showed up with authenticity and heart and you always felt his passion for coaching.
Jeff is stepping into a bold new chapter.
He and his wife Yvette have been building their own buisness, 212 Degrees Agency – Digital Media & Marketing Services, a bilingual, full-service digital media marketing company that helps small businesses create compelling video content, manage social media, and strategically grow their online presence in both English and Spanish.

They have grown to the point that Jeff needs to focus 100% on that and so his capacity to Coach at WildFire has changed.
We couldn’t be more proud of him.
Yes, we’re sad to see him step away from the gym floor. His energy, leadership, and impact will be deeply missed.
We also celebrate Jeff for chasing his dreams, expanding his creative and coaching talents into a new space, and POURING his passion into helping others grow.
Jeff’s commitment to others in fitness extends into helping businesses elevate their voices and stories. That’s the same fire he brought to WildFire, now turned up at 212 Degrees.
Coach Jeff, thank you for your years of service to our athletes, your mentorship of our staff, and your role in shaping who WildFire is today.
