Kat is part of the CrossFit Wildfire team, supporting the gym’s daily operations and community with her trademark energy and dedication. After losing 180 pounds and completely transforming her life, Kat found her purpose in helping others discover their own strength. Her journey taught her that progress starts with belief — one choice, one rep, one step at a time. Now, as she continues to grow within the Wildfire community, Kat is inspired to become a trainer and learn from the wonderful coaches at Wildfire. She hopes to motivate others to keep showing up, push past limits, and realize that it’s never too late to rewrite your story.
