Been doing CrossFit for 5 years. Coaching for 2 years. I have an L1, CPR/AED certified, and Peer Support Certified. Played Division 1 college soccer at DePaul University in Chicago. Been in the valley for 20+ years. I have 4 awesome sons. I love coaching because I love being able to help people accomplish things they didn't think they could do and reach the goals they set out to hit.
