About Coach

I was born and raised in Minnesota and moved to Arizona in 2019. I graduated from the University of Arizona (Bear Down!). In 2024, I was looking for a gym nearby and ended up walking into WildFire CrossFit. I remember how intimidating it was to be in a new environment getting challenged both physically and mentally, but the community at WildFire welcomed me in and made me feel like family. From hitting new goals to constantly surprising myself with what my body can do, CrossFit has become an essential part of my life. About six months in, I started coaching and found a whole new level of connection to the community. The people, the energy, and the support at WildFire have become a huge part of my life, and I can’t imagine being anywhere else. Now, I get to continue growing as an athlete while helping others push their limits and discover what they’re capable of too.
