At WildFire, we know that everyone’s fitness journey looks a little different—and that’s a good thing.
Whether you're brand new to CrossFit or you've been showing up consistently for years, there are times when a little more focused attention can make all the difference. That’s where personal training and semi-private training come in.
We don’t see these sessions as separate from CrossFit. In fact, they’re often the bridge that connects where you are now to where you want to be.
For someone just starting out, personal or small group sessions are a great way to build a strong foundation—learning how to move well, how to create good habits, and how to gain confidence in every position. You don’t have to feel overwhelmed or unsure. You’ll get guidance tailored specifically to your body, your background, and your goals.
For experienced athletes, this is where real progress can accelerate. Dialing in technique, improving mobility, and developing strength in targeted areas leads to breakthroughs. We've seen it time and time again—athletes who dedicate some focused time to personal training level up across the board, from performance in class to confidence on the competition floor.
It’s also a powerful tool for:
- Training for physical fitness tests (military, fire, police, academies like West Point)
- Preparing for a marathon, obstacle course race, or endurance event
- Supporting in-season and off-season athletes in sports like soccer, baseball, or football
- Developing strength, agility, and injury prevention for young athletes
- Improving power, mobility, and core control for all sports
- Targeted prep for CrossFit competitions—from refining specific movements to dialing in pacing and strategy
- Pregnancy & postpartum training – Whether you’re staying active during pregnancy or returning to fitness after birth, we’ll help you train in a way that supports your body and your goals.
One of the biggest assets we have at WildFire is our coaching staff. Each coach brings their own specialty, background, and strengths to the table—whether that’s Olympic lifting, gymnastics, mobility and recovery, conditioning, or mindset coaching. What we all share is a deep commitment to helping every athlete move and feel better, and a passion for teaching the “why” behind every rep.
You won’t get a cookie-cutter session. You’ll get a coach who listens, adjusts, challenges you, and celebrates your progress every step of the way.
Ultimately, what makes personal and semi-private training so valuable is that it moves at your pace. You get eyes on every rep, coaching that meets you where you are, and programming that adapts as you grow.
This isn’t about doing “more.” It’s about doing what matters most, with intention and support.
Want to see if it’s the right fit for you?
Let’s schedule a time to sit down with a coach and talk through your goals. It could be as simple as adding a personal training session once a month for 4–6 sessions, or committing to a weekly session alongside your regular CrossFit classes. Maybe semi-private training makes more sense—working alongside 2–3 others with similar goals, while still getting customized coaching and progress tracking.
Whatever your goals are, we’ll help you figure out the best next step. Just reach out to schedule a time, and we’ll take care of the rest.
